Evolve Therapies offers a compassionate, creative, and integrative approach to emotional wellbeing.
We believe that self-expression can be a bridge to self-understanding, and that everyone deserves a safe, supportive space to explore who they are and how they feel.

Founded by Siobhon Luckie, a qualified counsellor and wellbeing practitioner, Evolve Therapies brings together person-centred counselling, mindfulness, and creative therapeutic practices. Our work is grounded in empathy, self-compassion, and the belief that growth happens when we feel seen, heard, and valued.

Step Two:

Book Your First Session
If you’d like to continue, we’ll arrange your first full counselling or wellbeing session, online or in person. Each session is designed to provide a safe, supportive space to talk, reflect, and begin your journey of self-discovery.
