What can I expect in my first session?
Your first session is an opportunity to get to know one another. We will explore current challenges and goals, all in a calm, supportive and confidential space.
How long are sessions and how often do we meet? Do you offer both online and in person?
Sessions are 50 minutes, the frequency depends on your needs and goals. Most clients start with weekly sessions but we can adjust as we go. Yes I offer the flexiblity of both online and in person sessions.
Is therapy suitable if I feel anxious about starting?
Yes feeling nervous before starting is very common, but we work at a pace that feels comfortable for you, in a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space.
How do I know therapy with you is the right fit?
I offer. a free 15 minute introductory call, you can ask questions, share what you need, and see whether this feels like a safe, supportive space for you.
