Hi, I am Siobhon, a qualified counsellor and registered member of the BACP. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, low self esteem and body image challenges. My approach combines talking therapy, mindfulness, and holistic practices to support your growth to help you feel calmer, more confident and connected to yourself.
Evolve Therapies provides:

If you’d like to continue, we’ll arrange your first full counselling or wellbeing session, online or in person. Each session is designed to provide a safe, supportive space to talk, reflect, and begin your journey of self-discovery.
