Evolve Therapies offers one-to-one counselling for adults and young people seeking a safe, supportive space to explore life’s challenges.
Our approach is person-centred and integrative – which means we adapt to you. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, ADHD, self-esteem and body image. Each session is designed around your pace and priorities.
Through gentle conversation, reflection, and mindfulness-based techniques, counselling helps you find clarity, strengthen emotional resilience, and reconnect with your sense of self.
Sessions are available in-person and online, offering flexibility and confidentiality in a way that suits you best.

Our yoga-informed approach blends mindful movement, breathwork, and reflection to support emotional balance and body connection.
Sessions are gentle and accessible, designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm the mind, and build resilience through stillness and self-awareness.
Whether used as part of counselling or Make-up Therapy, mindfulness and yoga practices encourage grounding, self-compassion, and presence in everyday life.

Wearing Your Wellbeing
A space to breathe, move, and find balance..
Make-up Therapy: Wearing Your Wellbeing reframes makeup as a tool for mindfulness, reflection, and empowerment. It’s not about appearance – it’s about connection.
Through guided self-reflection and creative expression, participants learn to explore identity, rebuild confidence, and find balance between how they feel and how they present themselves to the world.
Two Ways to Take Part:
- Group Sessions: 6-week course, 2 hours per week (8–10 participants).
- One-to-One Programme: 12 weekly sessions, 1 hour each, with the option of 6 additional talk or make-up therapy sessions for deeper exploration.
